Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us at to request a refund and we will give you instructions on how to return your item to us.

Restocking Fees

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling, nor the return postage.


We accepted the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), and Paypal. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.


All orders will be shipped by Canada Post within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, between 8am & 5pm. For international orders, Canada Post will work with its preferred local agent to deliver your package.

Address information (IMPORTANT)

Make sure your address is correct on your PayPal account . We print labels based on the address listed within your PayPal account, and if it is incorrect, your order will not be shipped to your desired address. While we try to catch errors and make corrections, we cannot guarantee delivery to your desired address unless it is correct at the time your order is placed.


If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier (Canada Post), we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Costs

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Duties, Taxes, Brokerage

Orders outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and various other fees not listed here, as designated by your country's laws and policies. These fees range depending on your country. A Very Fairy Door is not responsible for these charges. We must mark actual package value on the orders we ship. We cannot reduce the value of your packages, or mark them as “gifts”. Should you refuse a package for any reason, all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country will be deducted from the refund owed to you once we receive the return. All duties and fees are imposed as soon as a package reaches customs, and A Very Fairy Door is not responsible for any of those charges.


If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
